In an effort to boost my engagement with the outside world, my 2026 "resolutions" included going to AT LEAST one bookish event per month and posting more regularly on the socials. I'm a huge dork (especially on camera), and I am aware of this, but honestly, I'm getting too old to give a shit if you think I'm weird because the coolest people I know are weird and life is short, so follow along on TikTok and/or Instagram while I offer misshapen pearls of hard-earned wisdom and other random things that I think might be of use to a human or two, particularly the writerfolk. 

I am trying VERY HARD not to talk about politics on my social media channels because I don't have a cache of rancid deer meat to feed the trolls ... but never say never. This bullshit affects us all.

And I will get VERY FEISTY when it comes to people being dismissive or stuck-up about romance or other genre/commercial/spec fiction, so yeah ... you've been warned. Snobs need not tune in.
